Our Care Team
Highly trained and compassionate carers to improve your quality of life - CM Bespoke Care carers are exactly that – people who care.
We select only the best to undertake our training and look after our clients, our standards are so high that only a small percentage of applicants successfully make it through the training.
As well as their technical skills, we assess applicants’ characters, so our carers are people you can rely on, whose company you can enjoy, who are punctual, dependable, friendly, respectful, caring and compassionate.
Natalie Shields
Operations Manager
My Name is Natalie and I am the Operations Manager/ Nominated Individual. I am married with 2 children and 2 step children. I have been in the care sector for 19 years.
After college I went to University and gained a degree in Primary School Teaching, although my heart was always in care. In 2012, my mum and I set up a Domiciliary Care Agency and ran it for just under 10 years. During this time, I did my Level 5 Leadership and Management Course too.
In 2021, we sold the company and I became a Childminder. I did this for 2 years but I really missed the care, therefore, I joined the team at CM Bespoke Care in 2023 and took the role on as Operations Manager/ Nominated Individual from April 2024 and I absolutely love watching the business grow.
As Operations Manager at CM Bespoke Care, I’m responsible for making sure our service runs smoothly, efficiently, and always with the highest standards of care. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, supporting our care team, and ensuring that every aspect of our service reflects the values we stand for—compassion, dignity, and truly personalised care.
I work closely with both clients and staff to make sure we’re always delivering the best possible support. Whether it’s developing new systems, maintaining compliance with regulations, or stepping in to assist with complex care arrangements, I’m here to keep everything on track behind the scenes.
I’m passionate about creating an environment where our team feels supported and where clients feel genuinely cared for. Being part of CM Bespoke Care means working with people who truly want to make a difference—and I’m proud to help lead that effort every day.
