Care at home that fits the person

A reassuring first step towards the right support at home

Looking for care for yourself or someone you love can feel like a big step. You may already know what support is needed, or you may simply have noticed that everyday life is becoming more difficult. Either way, you do not need to have everything worked out before speaking to us.

We begin by listening.

A free, no-obligation assessment gives us time to understand the person, their routines, their home and what matters most to them. Together, we can then shape a care plan that protects dignity, independence and choice without taking over.

Support can begin gently, perhaps with one 30-minute visit each week, and increase to several visits a day or ongoing live-in care where appropriate.

Every package is carefully assessed and depends on the person’s needs, location and suitable staffing.

Bespoke Home Care

Support for changing needs

Care can look very different from one person or family to another. Our team will help you understand the options and find the kind of support that feels right for the person, their circumstances and their home.

Become a carer

Home Care

From a little regular help to several visits each day, home care can support personal routines, medication, meals, mobility, companionship and everyday life while the person remains in familiar surroundings.

Live in care

Live in Care

A carefully matched care practitioner lives in the home and provides day-to-day support, reassurance and companionship around the person’s routines.

Palliative care at home

Palliative Care

Sensitive personal care and practical support can help someone remain at home during a life-limiting illness. We work alongside the person, their family and the healthcare professionals involved in their care.

Respite Care at Home

Respite Care

Respite care can give a family carer time to rest, help someone recover after illness or hospital treatment, or provide short-term support while circumstances change.

Care you can feel confident in

Inviting somebody into your home requires trust. We support that trust through careful recruitment, continued training, clear care planning and management that remains closely involved.

With over 20 years' experience and a CQC Good rating, we are one of Shropshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire's leading care agencies. The vast majority of our clients have come to us through personal, word-of-mouth recommendations.

How care at home begins

A personal approach from the first conversation

Good care begins with understanding the person rather than fitting them into a standard package. Our team stays involved from the first assessment through to day-to-day delivery and changing needs.

We listen

A senior member of the team carries out a free, no-obligation assessment, usually in the person’s own home. We take time to understand their needs, routines, preferences, risks and the outcomes they want from care.

We plan together

The assessment becomes a person-centred care plan, developed with the client and, where appropriate, their family and healthcare professionals. It explains what support has been agreed and how it should be delivered.

We match thoughtfully

Wherever possible, care is provided by a small, familiar team. Matching considers the skills required as well as personality, communication style, routines, interests, preferences, pets and location.

We stay involved

A dedicated care manager oversees the package, remains a point of contact and reviews the care plan at least monthly and whenever needs change. Secure digital records support clear oversight and agreed family updates, subject to the client’s wishes and consent.

Family-owned. Personally involved.

Big enough to invest in quality. Close enough to know the people we support.

CM Bespoke Care is an independent, family-owned and managed care provider. The business has grown through recommendations and positive word of mouth, while keeping personal relationships, honest communication and reliable support at the heart of its work.

Today, we are large enough to invest in training, secure care systems and responsive management, yet close enough to remain involved in the care people receive. Clients and families know who is responsible, who to contact and how changing needs will be handled.

Our work is guided by Compassion, Integrity, Dignity and Respect.

Those values shape how we support clients, communicate with families and look after the care practitioners who make the service possible.

What clients and families say

Choosing care is deeply personal. It means placing trust in someone with daily routines, private spaces and, above all, the wellbeing of someone important to you. These independent reviews, shared by the people and families we support, offer a genuine glimpse into how our care feels in everyday life.

Great care begins with people who feel prepared, valued and supported. At CM Bespoke Care, care practitioners receive a 2½-day classroom and practical induction, followed by shadow shifts with experienced colleagues before working independently.

Learning continues through refresher training, practical development, observations, supervisions and task-specific competency assessments.

At CM Bespoke Care, you will work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, giving them the support they need to be able to live the life they want.

If you are compassionate, reliable and committed to treating people with dignity, we would love you to learn more about working with us.
