A Career That Makes a Difference

Could a Career in Care Be Right for You?

A career in care is about much more than completing daily tasks. It is about helping people feel safe, respected and supported while enabling them to continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes.

At CM Bespoke Care, we are looking for compassionate and reliable people who want to make a genuine difference. You may already have professional care experience, or you may be considering care for the first time. What matters most is your attitude, your values and your commitment to treating every person with dignity and respect.

We provide structured training, practical experience and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence you need.

What You Will Bring

Compassion Matters More Than Your Background

Our care practitioners come from many different backgrounds. Some join us with experience in care, while others bring valuable skills gained through different careers, education or supporting members of their own families.

You do not need to fit a particular mould. We are looking for people who can bring:

  • Genuine compassion and respect for others
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • A friendly, patient and reassuring manner
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • The confidence to use their initiative appropriately
  • A professional approach to supporting vulnerable people
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • A commitment to protecting each person’s dignity, choices and independence

If these qualities sound like you, we can help you develop the practical knowledge and care skills required for the role.

Meaningful Work

Make a Difference Every Day

Our care practitioners are at the heart of CM Bespoke Care. They provide essential care, companionship and reassurance, helping our clients remain safe and independent in their own homes.

The role is practical, but it is also deeply human. You will build trusting relationships, listen to stories, share conversations and support people through both the everyday and more challenging moments of life.

Working in care requires commitment, professionalism and emotional understanding. It can also be immensely rewarding. For the right person, it offers the opportunity to do meaningful work and see the genuine difference their presence makes.

Training and Development

We Will Support You from the Beginning

You do not have to arrive knowing everything. Our role is to give you the knowledge, practical experience and guidance needed to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

Your initial development includes a structured two-and-a-half-day induction combining classroom learning with practical training. This is followed by supported shadow shifts alongside experienced colleagues, allowing you to build your confidence in a real care environment.

Your Training Will Cover Important Areas Including:

  • The Care Certificate
  • Safeguarding
  • Moving and handling
  • Medication awareness
  • Infection prevention and control
  • Basic Life Support
  • Lone working
  • GDPR and confidentiality
  • Care planning
  • Using Care Line Live
  • Practical care skills and safe working practices

We have a clear development plan for your first 12 weeks, so you know what to expect and where to turn for support.

Your development does not end when your induction is complete. We provide ongoing refresher training, practical development, competency assessments, observations, spot checks and regular supervision to help you maintain high standards and continue progressing in your career.
