CM Bespoke Care helps you stick to the routine that you love. Our visiting carers are completely flexible and visit you in your home at the most suitable times for you. We understand that your visiting home care needs may change over time, and we’ll be by your side every step of the way.
The minimum duration of a visit is 30 minutes, depending on the level of assistance you require, this could be one visit per week to multiple visits per day. Our visiting care services offer the flexibility to support you and your loved ones through all of life’s journeys – whatever they may be.
We are able to offer care for a wide range of personal requirements, conditions and circumstances. Whether you want companionship, some help around your home, or more specialised care for conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s; your needs are at the very heart of our service.

Personal care
- Assisting with personal care, which includes dressing, washing, showering and bathing.
- Assisting with continence care, continence pads, catheter, convenes, stoma care and compression stockings.
- Monitor and maintain nutrition and hydration needs and preparing/serving meals of choice (to meet nutritional needs).
- Administering medication, which includes applying creams, patches and eye/ear/nose drops.
- Support with skin integrity, prevention of pressure sores, applying creams and liaising with district nurses.
- Hoisting and using complex lifting equipment
